Key Responsibilities\n

Your clients will range from children to adults, including couples and families, with a specific focus on first responders who often face unique stressors and trauma. You will address a wide spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma-focused therapy, adapting your approach to align with each demographic’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a closely-related field is required.

• Current licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a private practice or comparable healthcare setting.
