Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from a location that suits you best. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

This position primarily serves a culturally diverse community facing various mental health challenges. Clients typically include individuals struggling with anxiety, depressive disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychosocial stressors. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific journeys, enabling you to offer personalized, compassionate care tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
