In this full-time remote position, you will work primarily from home while engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Your work hours will be aligned with regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and strengths, and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implementing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring the privacy and security of patient information.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to ensure integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To successfully deliver exceptional care, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
