Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and client-centered mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professional standards are upheld.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A current and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license that allows independent practice. Specific licenses we are seeking include LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A clean record with no disciplinary actions and the absence of a limited or provisional license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
