This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a better work-life balance, while still providing the opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering predictable hours that facilitate personal and familial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, focusing on mood disorder symptoms such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create customized treatment plans that not only address their immediate concerns but also integrate long-term goals for mental wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver high-quality care that maximizes client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, various treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies to promote ongoing health and empowerment.

• Track and monitor client progress meticulously, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure continual improvement and support.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to mental health care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Continuously update professional practice by engaging with the latest research, treatment modalities, and mental health resources, enhancing the effectiveness of interventions.

• Maintain detailed documentation of every session in strict adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily work with clients facing mood disorders, which may include individuals of varying ages and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist is essential.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatments, specifically CBT and DBT, with a strong focus on mood disorders.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
