Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic techniques to support clients in their personal growth.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their therapy journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and thoroughly to meet organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and engage in regular supervisory discussions to enhance service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and behavioral issues, among other concerns. The nature of our work often involves partnership with schools, allowing you to provide crucial support in educational settings.

Qualifications\n

• A master's level degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) that permits unsupervised practice.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a focus on psychotherapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

• Strong documentation and writing skills for session notes and reports.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon successful onboarding. Other benefits include:
