Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient base, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges alongside medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Your role will be instrumental in supporting these patients through their mental health journeys, helping them navigate the complexities inherent in their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
