Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, with a keen focus on how co-occurring medical conditions can influence a patient’s mental health.

• Develop individualized, integrated treatment plans that encompass psychiatric and medical care, ensuring a holistic approach to healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that employ evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs and goals.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to coordinate patient care and maximize health outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support, helping patients navigate acute mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

• Educate patients about the connection between mental health and physical wellbeing, empowering them to effectively manage their conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse client population that includes individuals grappling with complex mental health issues compounded by physical health challenges. You will support patients who may have chronic illnesses, substance use problems, or psychosocial stressors, working to foster resilience and improve overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Proven ability to work with individuals who have co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health records and computer applications used in clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in integrated care environments.

• Experience providing therapy in both individual and group formats, with a focus on evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
