Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing a variety of assessment tools to understand and identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, tailoring your approach to each client's unique circumstances.

• Implement therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy settings, employing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated care, facilitating comprehensive treatment for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization strategies when clients are in acute distress or experiencing a mental health emergency.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, workshops, and seminars to promote mental health awareness, mitigate stigma, and educate the community on available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will be diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relational problems. Your ability to understand and respect the unique experiences of each client is critical to their therapeutic journey and overall improvement in mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
