Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, providing you with flexibility while still engaging with clients through our outpatient office setup. Regular working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients. Our telehealth services allow you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home, contributing to a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of patients and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health concerns, fostering community and shared experiences among participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure that all aspects of patient care are cohesive and holistic.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources that can enhance their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds battling mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, especially to diverse populations.
