Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals who experience co-occurring medical and psychological conditions. This role requires sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by these patients, offering support that acknowledges both their mental and physical health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster effective patient relationships and teamwork.

• Demonstrated ability to set professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
