Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage their symptoms and improve their emotional health.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing clear information on mood disorders, available treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey and make necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure that care is integrated and comprehensive.

• Stay informed of the latest research and techniques in mood disorder treatment and apply emerging best practices in your therapeutic methods.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with established laws and ethical guidelines.

The ideal candidate will serve a varied clientele, primarily consisting of individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
