Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Respond to crises and emergencies with sensitivity and expertise, offering immediate support and intervention when clients are in acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
