Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to identify their specific mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including adults facing psychological distress, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating relationship challenges. By utilizing your skills in creating a safe and supportive environment, you will empower clients to develop coping mechanisms, enhance their well-being, and ultimately transform their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license in New York, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, is mandatory to ensure you can practice independently and provide high-quality care.

• A minimum of two (2) years of practical experience working in a clinical setting with clients facing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively while exercising strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly preferred, contributing to efficient and organized patient documentation.
