The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule while still allowing for professional autonomy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and formulate personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Engage in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health counseling, while contributing insights to improve clinical services.

• Proactively identify and recommend innovative strategies and tools to enhance patient care and improve overall program effectiveness, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families, who may be dealing with a range of emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your focus will be on empowering each client by providing empathetic support, effective strategies, and actionable steps towards achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid and active licensure in California, including LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT credentials, must be maintained.

• At least two years of direct experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological difficulties in a counseling or therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
