In this full-time, remote role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional telehealth services to adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. The remote nature of this role also requires a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to ensure patient confidentiality is maintained during telehealth sessions. Our operations team handles administrative tasks, enabling you to concentrate on delivering high-quality mental health care without the burden of operational complexities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to determine clients’ mental health status and substance abuse history, offering insightful evaluations that guide treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure integrated and holistic patient care, keeping all team members updated on client progress.

• Educate and foster the involvement of clients’ families in the recovery process, offering them the skills and knowledge necessary to support their loved ones.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation as per regulatory compliance, ensuring that all patient information is current and secure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults grappling with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. By creating a safe and supportive telehealth environment, you will guide clients in navigating their mental health challenges, facilitating healing and resilience among this vulnerable population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Proven experience in providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults is essential.

• Strong willingness to engage in training on our care pathways and evidence-based frameworks for treatment.

• Advanced computer proficiency and experience navigating technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills that enable effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Consistent professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills, displaying warmth and empathy toward patients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
