Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active license/certification in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with individuals dealing with emotional or psychological challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients rapidly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment summaries effectively.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
