Work Environment\n

This role is a 100% remote position, allowing for flexible work-life balance while engaging in meaningful therapy. You will have the opportunity to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and address their mental health needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that best serve each patient.

• Implement symptom self-assessments and progress measures tailored to each client, regularly adjusting treatment plans based on real-time data and feedback.

• Participate in weekly consultations with the leadership team to discuss challenging cases and share strategies for effective client engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution, accompanied by a valid license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
