Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, assisting them in managing stress and increasing their awareness of emotional patterns.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and personal goals, modifying therapy approaches as needed to meet their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions where you guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to enhance mindfulness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

• Organize and lead group workshops on topics such as stress management and resilience-building strategies, creating a supportive community for participants.

• Document client progress meticulously using an electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and therapeutic goals.

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing various mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California, demonstrating your qualifications to provide therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
