Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 30-minute individual telehealth counseling sessions, providing guidance and support tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Address sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance through therapeutic techniques.

• Assist clients in identifying and setting personal and professional goals, facilitating discussions that explore their aspirations and obstacles.

• Cooperate with the internal clinical team to enhance the counseling program, contributing insights and suggestions that foster continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records to document client interactions and treatment plans while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active license/certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) valid in your state.

• At least two years of professional experience working with individuals facing emotional or mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to quickly build rapport in virtual settings.

• Understanding and experience with electronic medical record systems are highly valued, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
