Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, employing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous, HIPAA-compliant clinical records, ensuring all documentation is both accurate and accessible to facilitate ongoing care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed health professionals to provide integrated care, sharing insights and updates to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration in therapeutic practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment strategies, equipping them with the tools needed to handle challenges and promote recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
