Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gather comprehensive patient insights.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients that address specific concerns and cultural considerations, showcasing our commitment to personalized care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to facilitate healing in individual, couple, family, and group contexts.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to support patients experiencing acute distress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous and comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, consistent with our clinical policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and coping strategies to effectively manage their mental health.

• Engage regularly with the multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care.

• Conduct routine outcome assessments to measure treatment efficacy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.

• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field, integrating best practices and emerging trends into clinical efforts.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
