Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, which encompass psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans focusing on personal goals, needs, and cultural contexts.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, working with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with valuable skills and strategies to manage their mental health effectively.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Regularly evaluate client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to enhance the effectiveness of interventions.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health to enhance your clinical practice and provide the highest level of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
