Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, to identify patient needs and establish a diagnostic framework.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their specific goals and cultural contexts.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health distress and effectively coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies to ensure quality of care and compliance.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and techniques to effectively manage mental health conditions.

• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings.

• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your clinical approach.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times, ensuring trust and integrity in therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship issues, and more. Your empathetic and culturally-sensitive approach will help foster trust and rapport, enabling clients to share their experiences and work towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, providing therapeutic services to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
