Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that include individualized goals.
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Facilitate therapy groups and educational workshops, covering topics that promote personal growth and coping strategies for clients.
• Collaboratively work with other mental health providers, physicians, and community resources to create a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring seamless support.
• Actively participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health, including participation in community wellness events and mental health campaigns.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client sessions in accordance with professional ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• The base salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
