Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment goals.

• Provide therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Implement and regularly review treatment plans to ensure they are aligned with clients' evolving goals and needs.

• Collaborate with community resources, treatment providers, and placement agencies to optimize client care and ensure supportive services are accessible.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Actively participate in weekly staff meetings to share insights, collaborate on cases, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a similar field.
