Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients seeking strategies for relaxation and enhanced well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to uncover clients' stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, laying the foundation for effective treatment.

• Lead mindfulness exercises and meditation sessions, empowering individuals with the tools to promote self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions in a way that directly addresses clients' specific mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults coping with anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
