Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs. Design personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals and closely monitor progress throughout treatment, adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who favor virtual interaction or face transportation, mobility, or other accessibility challenges.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain current with best practices and clinical advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
