Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs and set achievable goals.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide virtual individual therapy sessions, offering support and strategies suitable for various mental health challenges.
\n
• Utilize therapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies to enhance client engagement.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in regular professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest methodologies in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. By employing personalized therapeutic approaches, you will create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and aspirations, aiding them in their path toward healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
\n
• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy, demonstrating proficiency in individual counseling.
