Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Employ therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' specific challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring the safeguarding of patient information.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental healthcare providers, to ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss client progress and enhance treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, fostering a supportive network.

• Continuously engage in professional development by staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will serve at We Rise come from a variety of backgrounds and have diverse mental health needs. This role encompasses providing empathetic support to adults and adolescents who face challenges including, but not limited to, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depressive conditions. Clients may present with varying levels of severity, and customizing interventions will be critical to achieving their recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to adapt approaches to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for effective therapeutic interventions.
