Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status through individualized interviews, questionnaires, and standardized assessment tools.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using culturally responsive approaches to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
