Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health screenings using standardized tools and interviews to evaluate clients' needs and craft personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices that address each client’s unique mental health challenges and personal goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, incorporating proven therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to engage clients effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to family members, empowering them to participate actively in the therapeutic process and fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive records that comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects client progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
