Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote setting, accommodating a Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the schedule is largely structured, there is some flexibility required to meet patient needs, reflecting our commitment to providing accessible care to our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs and strengths of patients.

• Develop evidence-based, personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, addressing the unique challenges presented by each patient.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating community and shared understanding among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
