Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to promote client growth and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring both client privacy and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.

• Proficiency in using various solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships and manage client interactions effectively.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to approach client challenges creatively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
