Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults who are navigating various life challenges, including stress, anxiety, and relationship issues. You will employ therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate meaningful conversations aimed at enhancing their coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid state licensure in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Independent licensure recognized for practice without supervision.

• Absolute absence of any disciplinary actions affecting your professional standing.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport effectively with clients in a virtual setting.

• Proficient in using digital tools and maintaining a secure and stable internet connection for uninterrupted client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth capacity is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the nuances involved in virtual counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with the number of hours worked and experience level.
