Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students seeking clinical licensure or enrolled in Master’s programs, ensuring they gain hands-on experience while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

• Deliver tailored psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on establishing a strong therapeutic alliance and addressing unique mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions, treatment goals, and progress to meet regulatory standards and enhance continuity of care.

• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic methodologies to provide the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The flexibility of telehealth services allows you to interact with clients from different backgrounds and demographics, tailoring your approach to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health professional.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, additional experience in supervisory roles or specialized therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on caseload and performance.
