Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to create a flexible work schedule that fits your life. Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. This role is designed for skilled digital communication as you will use telehealth technology to engage effectively with clients, ensuring both privacy and comfort. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to address their mental health needs and personal growth.

• Encourage open discussions about emotions and experiences, facilitating greater self-awareness and improved relationships among clients.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, supporting them in identifying specific mental health goals and navigating their therapeutic journey.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions through assessments and develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Utilize telehealth tools and resources to enhance the therapeutic experience and promote client engagement and follow-through.

Your primary focus will be on adults grappling with a range of mental health challenges. These individuals are typically stable and low-acuity, allowing for therapeutic interventions that emphasize skills development and healthy coping mechanisms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in using telehealth platforms for virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing telehealth services or virtual counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
