Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are essential for client well-being and progression. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' behavioral health needs and developing personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Providing therapeutic services that include individual and group counseling aimed at enhancing coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

• Facilitating psychoeducation sessions to inform clients about available community resources and advocating for their access to these essential services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on providing care to individuals aged 18 and older who face challenges in maintaining community stability due to mental health issues. This diverse population may include individuals with a range of diagnoses, requiring a compassionate and adaptable therapeutic approach to support their unique journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) in Arizona.

• The ability to work independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Strong computer skills and reliable internet access to facilitate telehealth sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
