Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostic techniques to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families. Tailor your approach using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based on the client’s specific challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers and other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless care experience that addresses both psychological and social determinants of health.

• Provide compassionate crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation strategies and developing immediate coping skills for clients in acute distress.

• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives that aim to raise mental health awareness and combat stigma, enhancing the overall well-being of the populations we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with diverse clients.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of cultural competence and sensitivity needed to work effectively with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Show strong organizational abilities and time-management skills, ensuring meticulous documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, particularly in a telehealth environment.

• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and understanding their unique mental health concerns.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
