In this remote position, you will primarily work from home while having access to our outpatient office facility for client appointments as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other innovative approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care, addressing both their mental and physical health needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques and empathetic support to guide them through challenging situations.
\n
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds, including diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. You will engage with individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role enhances your clinical experience by providing opportunities to develop cultural competence and sensitivity through meaningful interactions and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A fully licensed, independent therapist with qualifications such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in related fields, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.

• A demonstrated commitment to exhibiting cultural competence and sensitivity while working with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services as well as in-person therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) to facilitate efficient documentation and workflow.

• Previous involvement in community mental health initiatives or advocacy work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
