Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, depending on clients’ preferences and needs.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including external service providers, to coordinate comprehensive care options for clients with complex needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support, equipping clients with immediate strategies to manage acute distress and mitigating risks during emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, including workshops and seminars aimed at reducing mental health stigma and increasing awareness about available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields related to mental health such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients, demonstrating exceptional and empathetic communication skills.

• Cultural sensitivity and competence to effectively engage with individuals from varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Strong organizational capabilities, with a commitment to maintaining accurate client documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
