Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the number of hours worked. Additionally, successful candidates may receive a significant sign-on bonus. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their health and wellness needs, along with weekly direct deposit for convenience.
