Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans tailored to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to engage with clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and medical professionals, to design and implement integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as required, demonstrating a compassionate approach towards clients in vulnerable situations.

• Participate in outreach initiatives to educate the community about mental health resources, thereby reducing stigma and promoting wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
