Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from your own home in Glendale, Arizona or anywhere you choose. You will be utilizing our state-of-the-art counselor portal to manage your practice efficiently, giving you the flexibility to tailor your work hours based on your availability. Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate video counseling sessions, ensuring each client feels heard and supported.

• Employing solution-focused therapeutic approaches to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitating individual sessions that empower clients to gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns.

• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as needed to foster health and resilience.

• Implementing strategies to assist clients in developing effective coping mechanisms for managing their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. This patient population often seeks support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress management. Your contributions will directly impact their quality of life, equipping them with tools to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant counseling discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued license allowing independent practice; acceptable licenses include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• No limited or provisional licenses, nor any history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic demeanor towards client experiences.

• Proficiency in computer skills, with access to a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for video consultations.

• A stable internet connection to facilitate telehealth sessions seamlessly.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record systems are advantageous. Prior experience working with diverse populations will enhance the support you can provide to our varied client base.
