This position allows for a flexible working environment, as it is fully remote but connected to our community health clinic operations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs to inform the creation of individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on specific issues such as trauma, anxiety disorders, and emotional distress, fostering a safe and open environment.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care that addresses the diverse needs of clients.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and supporting them in navigating external challenges.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical competencies and provide the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This may include adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.

• A minimum of two years of proven experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, enhancing your efficiency in documenting client progress and treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health or outpatient clinic environment, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges that clients may face in these settings.

• Training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience leading both individual and group therapy sessions effectively, maximizing participant engagement and support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
