Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be remote, allowing our counselors to work in a flexible and comfortable setting. Despite being remote, you will remain an integral part of a vibrant clinical team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work-life balance while ensuring that our patients receive consistent and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic sessions through individual, group, and family counseling modalities, effectively addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, ensuring high standards of care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support while facilitating timely referrals to additional resources when necessary.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall patient care and outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, complying with state regulations and organizational standards to safeguard patient information.

You will work with a diverse range of clients seeking assistance for various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• An active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license, in good standing, is required.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also an advantage, as it will enhance the remote clinical delivery of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
