Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, confidential video-based therapy sessions to clients facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Guide clients through the emotional processing of their experiences, helping them understand and articulate their feelings.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans by identifying client goals and implementing actionable steps aimed at achieving those objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to ensure effective and measurable treatment outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes in electronic health records to track client advancement and comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse range of clients, including teenagers, adults, and families experiencing emotional distress or mental health challenges. Your work will not only help them develop coping strategies but will also empower them to pursue personal growth and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience directly working with clients in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth or virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
