This position offers a remote work setting, allowing flexibility in managing your schedule while maintaining a strong connection with clients. Although remote, you'll be part of a collaborative team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Our outpatient office is designed to support effective virtual therapy sessions through reliable technology and resources.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring that all information is gathered to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific challenges and therapeutic goals, updating plans as needed based on client progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with other treatment team members, establishing a comprehensive support network for clients and ensuring integrated care.

• Educate and support clients' families to promote understanding and to facilitate their involvement in the recovery process, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards to protect client privacy and data integrity.

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
