Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to accurately identify needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's specific circumstances and goals.
\n
• Efficiently manage administrative tasks including billing, documentation, and completion of insurance authorization forms within designated time frames to ensure streamlined operations.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety strategies, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans as necessary, prioritizing the client's ongoing stability and recovery.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans, helping clients transition smoothly in alignment with their treatment achievements.
\n
• Adhere strictly to federal and state laws, regulatory guidelines, and our organizational policies to maintain compliance and uphold patient safety.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and education to maintain licensure and enhance therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing valuable insights to improve service delivery.
\n
• Complete all mandatory licensure and training requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Evolve and Change, you will work with a diverse range of clients coping with various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth counseling and familiarity with online therapy platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural competence in mental health care.

• Previous experience in developing crisis intervention plans and handling safety assessments.

• Background in collaborative treatment planning and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
