Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions primarily via video chat, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for clients.

• Perform thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.

• Facilitate the development of coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and communication skills that empower clients to manage their mental health effectively.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

This role predominantly focuses on working with adults who are considered stable and low-acuity, making it an ideal environment for those who are looking to thrive in providing community-based mental health support. Clients may be experiencing mild to moderate difficulties and will benefit from your expert guidance in developing skills for better mental health management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current, independent state license such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with no pending disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously without supervision and handle a diverse caseload effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in using technology to conduct virtual counseling sessions.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection is a must to ensure a seamless experience during client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n
